The single predictor model applied each variable separately to determine its individual impact on the association of SLIT2 plasma and MoCA Score. In the multiple predictor model, all demographic variables (age, sex, and race) were additionally combined with medical variables. For this analysis, APOE risk category was included in the complete model because the single predictor model was significantly associated with plasma SLIT2. The complete model did not meet statistical significance (p=0.0522) but had a large effect size (f2=0.5026) and sufficient power (87.7%, f2=0.2, α=0.05).
