Northern blot analysis of RNAs from E2F-1-responsive genes in Ad-GFP- or Ad-IE86-transduced HFF cells. Cytoplasmic RNAs were fractionated by electrophoresis in 1.5% agarose-formaldehyde gels and analyzed by Northern blot hybridization with ³²P-labeled random-primed DNA probes as described in Materials and Methods.
