There are 84 Alu sequences overlapping with exons. Eleven of 84 overlap with internal exons and 73 overlap with boundary exons. There are only three Alu sequences overlapping with translated exons. Three Ψg overlap with terminal exons but no Ψg overlap with translated exons.
