Involvement of DARPP-32 in fluoxetine-mediated immobility in the tail-suspension test for antidepressant efficacy. WT and DARPP-32 KO mice were injected with fluoxetine (5 or 10 mg/kg) 30 min before the trial. The trial was conducted for a period of 5 min, during which the duration of immobility was recorded.
