The Mann-Whitney U test was conducted to compare the number of repetitions on the 30-second chair stand test between two groups, Hip and Core, at two weeks, four weeks, and six weeks.
As per Table 5, the results revealed that there is a significant difference between the Hip and Core groups at four weeks compared to two weeks. The Core group was observed to have a higher sum of ranks compared to the Hip group.
