Human dendritic cells (DCs) matured by glycoprotein 96 (Gp96) preferentially induce activation of allogeneic CD8 T cells. Monocyte-derived human dendritic cells were incubated with Gp96 or lipopolysaccharides at the indicated concentrations for 3 days and then cocultured with allogeneic peripheral blood lymphocyte. The graph shows the percentage of CD69-expressing T cells (gray bars) and the CD8/CD4 ratio of CD69-positive T cells (black bars) 1 day after stimulation with matured DCs.
