Half-life of TGF-β transcript in fibroblasts exposed to IL-4. (A) C57BL/6 pa/pa fibroblasts were serum-starved for 24 h and incubated for 12 h with or without IL-4. After extensive washing, cells were incubated with 100 μM DRB as described in Materials and Methods. RNA was extracted from 2 × 106 cells at various time points (2–8 h).
