Coimmunoprecipitation of ≈60-kDa polypeptides with PhLP-myc. (A) CHO cells were transiently transfected with c-myc-tagged variants of PhLP, Pd, or LacZ as indicated. Cytosolic extracts of each were prepared and target proteins were immunoprecipitated by using an anti-myc monoclonal antibody. Samples were analyzed by SDS/PAGE and stained with Coomassie blue. (B) A Coomassie blue-stained gel of immunoprecipitates resulting from incubating purified PhLP-myc with lysates from HT29, HCT15, and H295R cells is shown (lanes 1–3, respectively).
