Both GIRK2(wt) and GIRK2(E315A) coimmunoprecipitate with Gβγ. Myc-GIRK2(wt) (WT) or Myc-GIRK2(E315A) (EA) was coexpressed with Gβ1 and FLAG-Gγ2 in HEK 293 cells. Aliquots of the cell lysates were used for immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-Myc antibody and immunoblotted (IB) with anti-Myc and anti-Gβ antibodies. Other aliquots were immunoblotted with the same antibodies (Left).
