Lysates from WT CFTR-LCFSN or ΔF508 CFTR cells, uninfected or infected by P. aeruginosa strain N13 or 324 for 3 h, were tested for the presence of IL-8 and IL-6 by cytokine arrays. Relative levels were measured using NIH image analysis software. CXCL1 levels in lysates were measured by ELISA.
