^aMice were immunized with 100 μg of pAg85B or phAg85B intramuscularly three times at 3-week intervals. The titers of Ag85B-specific IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a antibodies were determined by ELISA with sera recovered 2 weeks after the final immunization, and the ratios of IgG2a to IgG1 were calculated.
