RNAs were isolated from the parental strain and the ryhB mutant or from the ryhB mutant and the ryhB overexpression strain grown to late log phase and analyzed using microarrays.
Mean expression of gene was at least twofold higher in the ryhB mutant of N16961 than in the wild-type parental strain in three arrays.
Mean expression of gene was at least twofold lower in the ryhB mutant of O395 overexpressing ryhB than in the ryhB mutant carrying the vector in three arrays.
Mean expression of gene was at least twofold higher in the ryhB mutant of O395 than in the wild-type parental strain in three arrays.
