Algorithm 3:

Estimating B,U, and V

Input: R
1. Initialize Θ0, U0 , and B0.
2. For j=1 to n_iteration:
3.  Estimate Wj as its columns are the first K leading eigenvectors of RΘj and Vj as a diagonal matrix which its diagonal elements are the first K leading eigenvalues of RΘj.
4.  for i=1toK:
Compute the nonzero elements of Bj:i* as Bjki*=Uj:i*Rjk:*.
 End for
5.  Compute S=BjTWj.
6.  Compute singular value decomposition of S=DΣFT.
7.  Update Uj as Uj=DFT.
8.  Update Θj as diagΘj=diagRBjUjVjBjUjT.
9. End for.
Output: Optimal B,U,V.
