Selected bootstrap support values and posterior probabilities are shown as the first and second numbers, respectively. The tree is calculated from the full-length alignment using PhyML. Individual alleles of the same strain sometimes form sister groups with other Aeromonas species. Moreover, the analyses of bipartitions show that alleles have different phylogenetic relationships among each other if different fragments of the alignment are analyzed (Table 2).
