Flowcytometric analysis for a postculture MNCs sample: The first dot plot showed viability testing using 7 – AAD (57 % of cells were negative for 7 – AAD i.e.viable cells). The second dot plot (CD45 FITC against Side scattering) showed that 36.9% of viable cells are CD45+ positive. The third dot plot (CD45 FITC against CD34 PE) showed that 37.7 % of cells are double positive for CD45 and CD34. The fourth dot plot (CD45 FITC against side scattering) showed dim CD45+ CD34+ cells, which are 78.4% of double positive for CD45 and CD34.
