Rule 1	If a fuzzy set does not have a Fuzzy Logical Relationship (FLR), ($A_i\to \varnothing$), and$Y\left(t-1\right)$at time $t-1$falls into$A_i$, then the forecast value$F_t$is$m_i$, where$m_i$is the midpoint of interval$x_i$.
Rule 2.	If the Fuzzy Logical Relationship Group (FLRG)$A_i$represents a one-to-one relationship ($A_i\to A_q$), and$Y\left(t-1\right)$at time$t-1$falls into state$A_i$, then the forecast value$F_t$is mq, where mq is the midpoint of$x_q$in the FLRG formed at time$t-1$.
Rule 3.	If the FLRG$A_i$represents a one-to-many relationship ($A_j\to A_1,A_2$,$A_3,...,A_q$, j = 1, 2, 3, …, q), and$Y\left(t-1\right)$at time$t-1$falls into state$A_j$, the forecast$F\left(t\right)$is calculated as:
	$F\left(t\right)=m_1{P}_{i1}+m_2{P}_{i2}+\cdots +m_{i-1}{P}_{i\left(i-1\right)}+Y\left(t\right)P_{ii}$+$m_{i+1}+1P_{i\left(i+1\right)}+\cdots +m_n{P}_{in}\left(7\right)$
	where,$m_1,m_2,\dots ,m_n$are the midpoints of$u_1,u_2,\dots ,u_n$ and $m_i$is replaced with$Y\left(t\right)$for state$A_i$to improve forecasting accuracy.
