The protein is shown in cartoon representation with the monomers coloured differently. The cluster-forming residues are shown in a grey ball-and-stick representation. At Imin=0%, the whole dimer forms a single large cluster, as expected. However, at Imin=6%, the single large cluster splits into smaller ones. In this case the largest cluster at Imin=6% is an interface cluster, as can be seen in the Figure.
