The frequency of “rock” vs. time with ɛx + ɛy > 0 (ɛx = 0.1, ɛy = −0.05). The trajectory is a chaotic transient attracting to a heteroclinic orbit at the boundary of the simplex. The time spent near pure strategies still increases linearly on average but changes irregularly.
