Cardiac systolic dysfunction in 5XFAD compared to WT mice chronologically. (A) Echocardiography showed that 5XFAD mice developed progressive cardiac systolic dysfunction over time with reduced left ventricular function as shown by ejection fraction (EF) and fractional shortening (FS).
