(c) Additional optic nerve head imaging using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) revealed inferior retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and ganglion cell complex (GCC) thinning, which corresponded to the superior nasal step identified in the visual field when the KIROS filter was applied. This case illustrates the filter’s ability to enhance sensitivity by detecting true ONL cases in the visual field, consistent with structural glaucomatous damage evident on imaging.
