Zymography analysis of the X. nematophila proteases released during 24 h of growth. Samples from the X. nematophila culture medium supernatants were collected at different times, dissolved in nonreducing Laemmli sample buffer, and applied to a 10% polyacrylamide gel containing 0.05% gelatin. The incubation and staining of the postrun gel were carried out as described in Materials and Methods. Shown are samples at 6 (lane 1), 12 (lane 2), 18 (lane 3), and 24 (lane 4) h of growth.
