miR-590-5p overexpression inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis in B-CPAP and MDA-T120. agomiR-NC or agomiR590-5p was transfected into B-CPAP or MDA-T120 cells. The cells were divided into the agomiR-NC, agomiR590-5p, and agomiR590-5p + RH groups. A: qRT-PCR measurement of miR-590-5p expression.
