Two Kaplan-Meier survival plots comparing overall survival for pN1 and pN2 groups with fifteen or more resected lymph nodes (RLNs). Chart a shows a slight divergence among PT-only (blue), PT+EP (green), and Skip (red) starting near twenty months, with close grouping over time. Chart b shows more variability around twenty to forty months with some convergence at later points.
