Southern blot analysis of the transgenic rice plant line CbnA-3. Genomic DNA from the transgenic rice plant line CbnA-3 was digested with HindIII and EcoRI, which cut out the promoter-cbnA-terminator cassette (see Fig. 1) and Southern blot was probed with a 765-bp fragment of the cbnA gene labeled with digoxigenin.
