Treatment of CHO-mLRP4 cells with proteasomal inhibitors results in intracellular accumulation and inhibition of degradation of mLRP4 ligand. 125I-uPA-PAI-1 (2 nM) was incubated with CHO-mLRP4 cells at 37°C for 4 h.
