Kaplan-Meier survival plots for five genes: CLDN18, FTCD, MSH4, MUC6, and PLG. Each plot compares survival probability over time for low and high expression levels. Hazard ratios (HR) and p-values are provided: CLDN18 HR=3.13, p=0.003; FTCD HR=3.49, p=0.004; MSH4 HR=2.67, p=0.019; MUC6 HR=2.06, p=0.041; PLG HR=0.43, p=0.029. High expression generally shows decreased survival except for PLG. — Survival analysis of differential genes in stage II colorectal cancer patients. Patients with high expression of CLDN18, FTCD, MSH4, and MUC6 displayed shorter overall survival times, while those with high expression of PLG exhibited longer overall survival times.
