A needle with bidirectional groove is inserted at the planned suture exit point from outside the joint capsule under arthroscopic guidance. The suture limbs are sequentially retrieved using the distal end of the groove: the femoral-side limb (open arrow) is retrieved first (C), followed by the tibial-side limb (arrowhead) (D).
