Derlin-1 forms homo-oligomer. A detergent extract of 293T cells, transfected with constructs encoding either GFP or a GFP-fusion to Derlin-1 (Derlin-1-GFP), was subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with GFP antibodies, followed by immunoblotting (IB) with the indicated antibodies.
