Figure 1. SNP-based heritability estimates across diffusivity metrics in 29,862 participants.

Figure 1.

(A) SNP-based heritability analyses across 48 white matter tracts labeled according to the JHU ICBM-DTI-81 White Matter Atlas (122) across 9 diffusivity modalities (432 diffusivity-based tract measures). Boxplots are colored according to diffusivity modality and show median as the thick black line; end points of the box mark 25th and 75th percentiles. Across tract measures, 96.1% showed significant SNP-based heritability (p<0.05) after Bonferroni correction, ranging from 4.4% to 53.4%. (B) SNP-based heritability measures are categorized into 4 main white matter tract classes, namely Association, Commissural, Complex, and Projection.
