Fig 2. Gene correlation map of whole brain white matter tract phenotypes as estimated by fractional anisotropy (FA).
Genetic correlation scores (rG) were estimated across all single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for 48 pairs of white matter tract phenotypes using LD-Score regression, for FA. A definition of tract abbreviations is provided in the Supplementary Table S1. Analyses were repeated across 9 diffusivity modalities (see Supplement). Within the gene correlational matrix, white matter tracts were grouped according to one of four respective tract classes: Association, Commissural, Complex, Projection (additional details available in Supplementary Table S2). Stronger positive correlations (indicated in red) reflect higher genetic similarity between white matter tract phenotypes, with weaker correlations depicted at lower color intensity.
