When considering FA, estimated genetic correlation scores (rG) were significantly higher across white matter tract phenotypes within the same tract class compared to tracts from another class, within- and between- association, projection, and complex tracts were quantitatively compared (p<0.05). Violin plots are colored according to white matter tract class (within-tract comparisons are depicted in blue shades and between-tract comparisons are in gray) and show median as the thick black line; end points of the box mark 25th and 75th percentiles. Scatter plots show the relative spread of all pair-wise comparisons between tracts. Analyses of other diffusivity modalities are available in the supplement.
