Identifying 13 most impactful predictor feature variables used for implementing Classifier 1 to differentiate the CHD cohort from the Control cohort. The thirteen most important cytokines that were identified are: IL-1β, IL-10, FGF Basic, GCSF,IL-8, and GMCSF,IL-13,IL-7,IL-4, Preβ HDL, TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-3.
