Performance of Random Forest calculated to differentiate the CHD cohort from the Control cohort using the six most prominent cytokines and Preβ HDL. A 100% prediction accuracy was obtained using Preβ HDL and 6 most prominent cytokines: IL-1β, IL-10, FGF Basic, GCSF,IL-8, and GMCSF.
