Performance of Random Forest using a AUROC score to differentiate CHD group from the Control group. The predictor feature space was composed of using Preβ HDL and 6 most prominent cytokines: IL-1β, IL-10, FGF Basic, GCSF,IL-8, and GMCSF. A 100% AUROC score was generated using the seven predictor features.
