Tumors from B6 Min/+ mice have stable microsatellites. Although approximately 50% of B6 Mlh1−/− tumors display new alleles for at least one microsatellite, no new alleles were detected in B6 Min/+ tumors. Shown is a representative amplification of D6Mit59 from Mus musculus castaneus genomic DNA (Cast), B6 genomic DNA (B6), B6 Mlh1−/− tumor DNA (B6 Mlh1−/−), and B6 Min/+ tumor DNA (B6 Min/+).
