Expression of the UL25 protein in KOS- and KUL25NS-infected Vero cells. Vero cells were infected with KOS (B and D) or KUL25NS (A and C) at an MOI of 5 PFU per cell. At the indicated times (hours) postinfection, cell lysates were prepared, separated by SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted. Expression of the UL25 protein was detected by using mouse monoclonal antibody 2D9 (A and B). The UL26 and UL26.5 proteins were detected by using mouse monoclonal antibody MCA406 (C and D).
