Analysis of virus capsids. A, B, and C capsids isolated from the sucrose gradients shown in Fig. 8 were run on SDS–12.5% polyacrylamide gels and immunoblotted with antisera NC1, NC2, and NC5 (A), which detect capsid proteins VP5, VP19C, and VP23, respectively, or with a UL25 polyclonal antiserum (B).
