Immunofluorescence microscopy of HRVs internalized into HeLa cells at 20°C for 2 h. HeLa cells grown on chamber slides were incubated with FITC-dextran (10 mg/ml), HRV2 (5 μg/ml), or HRV14 (5 μg/ml). HRV2 was detected with monoclonal antibody 3B10, and HRV14 was detected with 17-1A followed by FITC-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG.
