Lane Std contained the following molecular weight markers: rabbit muscle phosphorylase B (molecular weight, 97,400), bovine serum albumin (66,200), hen egg white ovalbumin (45,000), bovine carbonic anhydrase (31,000), soybean trypsin inhibitor (21,500), and hen egg white lysozyme (14,400).
