The percent dose/min of ¹³C (PCD) administered as ¹³C-glycocholic acid (GCA). The 1 and 2 mg/kg BW doses led to a significant increase in PCD. However, the time-point for the peak PCD showed a high degree of variation between dogs and doses. Therefore, determination of CUMPCD (Figure 2) is suggested for future clinical studies.
