The figure is a bar chart illustrating cell viability in 2D culture, expressed as percentages, measured at 24, 48, and 72 hours. Two samples are shown: HHA/BC and HHA/BC+PRP. For both samples, viability increases progressively over time, reaching the highest values at 72 hours. At each time point, the HHA/BC+PRP sample demonstrates higher viability compared with HHA/BC. Statistically significant differences between the two samples are indicated by asterisks above the corresponding bars. The x-axis represents time in hours, and the y‐axis represents cell viability percentage. — Cell viability assay performed using CCK-8 staining. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. Statistical analysis was performed using a t-test: *p < 0.05 vs. pCTR.
