Antibodies directed against N-CoR, mSin3 and HDAC2 co-precipitate substantial HDAC activity, most probably in the form of multiprotein complexes (Figure 3C). Immunoprecipitates from HEK293T cell extracts were incubated with 2 µCi of ³H-labeled VPA in the presence or absence of TSA (100 nM). Radioactivity retained after washing is shown.
