Curcumin derivative WZ35 efficiently suppresses colon cancer progression through inducing ROS production and ER stress-dependent apoptosis

In this article, we found that the Cyclin B1 protein band in Figure 3B was incorrectly presented in this paper. Thus, we provide the corrected Figure 3. The authors have confirmed that the error associated with this figure did not have any significant impact on either the results or the conclusions reported in this study. Furthermore, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The corrected Figure 3 is shown below.

WZ35 induces cell cycle arrest in colon cancer cells. A. Induction of cycle arrest in colon cancer cells was determined by flow cytometry after treatment with WZ35 (2.5 μM, 5 μM or 10 μM) and curcumin (20 μM) for 18 h. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments. B. Expression of cell cycle relative proteins was determined by Western blot in indicated cell lines after treatment with WZ35 (2.5, 5.0 or 10 μM) or curcumin (20 μM) for 18 h. GAPDH was used as internal control. C. The ratios of different cells phase were determined by flow cytometry assay and shown via GraphPad Prism.
