^aA panel of HBeAg-specific MAbs (904, 905, 420, 422, 426) at 0.1 μg/ml were screened for binding to solid-phase HBeAg and WHeAg (50 ng/well). Results are depicted as OD₄₉₂ results minus background binding on blank wells. MAbs BA8-E, BA11-E, and CE1-E were tested by end point dilution.
