CRH induces p65 translocation from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. Keratinocytes were grown on 8 well chamber slides in growth media. 100 nM CRH was added for 60 and 120 min, cells were then fixed and stained with p65 antibody. Control cells were not subjected to any treatment. The images were collected with fluorescent laser scanning confocal microscope. Results are representative of three separate experiments. Arrows denote the expression of p65 antigen in the cytoplasm or nucleus, respectively.
