All data are based on NMR measurements on the Tyr 1Hα resonance at 14.1 T (600 MHz). Unless otherwise stated, all experiments were performed on 1 μM (light) and 360–500 μM (dark or pulse-acquire) samples with a 50 ms and 1.5 s recycle delay respectively.
