One representative result of three is shown. (B) The lysates from the IgE- and IgE-DNP-treated RBL cells were subjected to Western blot analysis for Hint and USF2 protein levels. One representative result of three is shown. (C) Hint-mediated inhibition of USF2 transcriptional activity in 3T3 NIH cells with 0.1 and 0.5 μg pcDNA-Hint. For each transfection, the total DNA concentration was constant by complementing with the empty vector pcDNA. The normalized value was expressed as percent luciferase activity.
