^aHeLa cells were transfected with specific siRNAs (siS2 or siC2) or with a control siRNA (sineg) and infected 24 h later by Ad-C or Ad-nS2 adenoviruses (30 PFU/cell) for 36 h before measuring total cholesterol and triacylglycerol contents by colorimetric assays as described in Materials and Methods. The values are the means (± standard deviations) for five independent experiments.
