Pfa1p is associated with 20S pre-rRNA and 18S rRNA. Immunoprecipitations (Ip) were carried out from total extracts of cells expressing Pfa1p-TAP (lanes 3 and 4) or devoid of tagged protein (lanes 1 and 2).
