aScoring was based on the notion of distance from a correct answer. A score of 2 was assigned to the strategy considered to be the most appropriate for the case presented. A score of 1 was assigned to the strategy considered to be good but not optimal. A score of 0 was assigned to the strategy considered to be neutral in that it has no harmful effect but no real positive effect. A score of –1 was assigned to the strategy considered to be contraindicated. This grid, based partly on the views of the Delphi experts, was devised by 3 physiotherapists by joint agreement.
